Google Bad Review 1: I have had hundreds of meals out in London but never before felt the need to leave negative feedback. Never before have I been accosted by a manger because my father returned a dish because six out of severn clams in a pasta dish were empty. The waitress was rude and then after the meal the manager, without introducing himself, said “why did did you hate all of the food?” when we had returned a single dish but we're prepared to pay for everything else. Seeing this, two other separate customers approached to state their dissatisfaction with both the food and service. Given their rude and baseless accusations I had to repeatedly insist that I had to legal right to give them my name and address if I refused to pay for the unsatisfactory part of our meal – something I have never had to argue about before- they repeatedly tried to tell me this was incorrect. Fortunately my father offered partial payment which they accepted. I have had worse meals but I have never before been so heavily accosted about a straightforward complaint. Avoid at all costs.
