Google Bad Review 1:  My boyfriend bought me a bracelet as a gift and it came out broken. I went back to Selfridges to exchange it more than 3 weeks ago now, they got all my details included purchase details and they said head office will get in touch.
After waiting for 2 weeks without any response I started chasing the head office and the response was “sales department shouldn’t accept it!”
Then no response for another week, I have been trying to call and send many emails and finally somebody replied saying that she was on holiday!
3 weeks after I still have no clear answer for when I will get a new one back and very very slow response!
There are multiple boutique brands with excellent customer support, this is not the servise I was expecting from “high end jewellery brand”
I am very disappointed

Google Bad Review (2):  I have ordered a 700 gbp neckless that came badly assembled, I had to send it back (me calling DHL to chase the collection as failed to collect the item the day before, the store did not do any chase despite me informing them about the issues with DHL). They offered me to make a new one and so far I have no news. I constantly had to call to get updates from their store (depends who picks up the line I may get some respond or not). It is going to be nearly 2 weeks and nothing has been done so far. There is no telephone number for head office and staff are not helpful, rather passive and blaming other colleagues. Zero customer service! A gift that was supposed to be from my husband it is ruined. It may be a nice store but their service is inexistent. How can you expect to sell “high quality products” with no high level of customer service? I will make to write my comments to the other stores that sell their jewelry such as Selfridges.
