He doesn’t return calls, and has now stopped answering my emails, instead Anna Heeey their senior marketing manager has contacted me to say despite me already having paid them, that I should take my return elsewhere to have it completed. Shockingly appalling business practices. Absolutely avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2):  Disappointing. Was so quick to respond to my email when I inquired about their services. Alistair emailed me to say that we would be speaking to each other last Friday at 3:30 PM. No call came. I called their office instead and was told that he had left the office. Left a message for him to call me back; however, I also let them know that it would be probably be hard to get a hold of me because I had work to do. I did say that if he leaves me a message, I would call back. He called but left no message. I emailed him asking why he didn't call at the agreed time of 3:30. Did Alistair email me back? NO. I'm glad to have seen this company's true colors and unprofessionalism before financially committing to their services. I do not recommend them.
