Google Bad Review 1:  Visited by myself hoping to get a quick bite to eat and a coffee before a meeting. Considering I was alone and with no one else in the place, the staff member behind the bar was for some reason unable to take my seated order. Ten minutes later and two further groups entered and were seated and their orders taken immediately.

This is such a shame as the breakfast menu looked enticing. However customer service is key and having a good idea of order priority surely needs to take some precedence.

I'm never keen to give an establishment one star but in this visit there was hardly anything I could recommend. Probably best to avoid to be honest if this is how they operate when empty.

Google Bad Review (2):  Disclaimer – did not eat here so can't comment on quality of the food.
Arrived and ordered two coffees, then sat down. We were given menus and waited to be served – this never happened. People who came after us were served first which isn't good. Decided to leave and took our business elsewhere. A shame because the food looked good, but until the service is sorted out, won't know.
