The service can only be described as poor – bad communication (when there was any), provided what I now know to be ill-considered advice (which was probably prepared in a rush by and under-resourced team after much chasing from me) and lacking any professional response to the question of why that took so long.
What was required was not complex, it was just detailed; so that didn't even explain it.
Would not recommend to anyone.
