Google Bad Review 1:  OH MY GOD I have been going there for half a year now, they are nice people but WAYYYYY TOOO pushy trying to sell it. They literally ARGUED with me that I have to do more laser sessions. I paid for six sessions and had about 4, they literally scared me off I don’t care about the rest of the money I am NOT GOING BACK. They don’t do it properly when you don’t wanna buy more. Literally moneyy hungry as heck. SUCH A POOR SALES TACTIC and the treatment is nothing special to be honest

Google Bad Review (2):  DISAPPOINTING, SURREAL, UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you’re transgender.
This has got to be one of the weirdest and unprofessional experiences I’ve had in a while.

I purchased six sessions on a medium area to treat my beard (I’m trans). On their Groupon page, the clinic clearly states the beard is included in the medium area, so I think I’m fine and go to the consultation. Once there, Sasha (the practitioner) tells me my upper lip and neck are not part of the deal and would not be treated. Since there was no info about this whatsoever on the Groupon page, and since it also goes against normal common sense (we all know what a beard looks like and where it grows), I ask for a refund but the practitioner needs to “speak to the manager first”.

A few hours later Kiran (the manager) calls me and we have a long, surreal conversation. She insists I should give the clinic another try – but still pay the extra. She says that she wants to REASSURE ME (she keeps repeating this word slowly and with emphasis) that they would take good care of me. She gives me examples of how other transgender people had a great experience (while misgendering them continuously), and then starts saying I’m a beautiful soul, very kind and polite and that I will feel like I’m amongst friends at her clinic. All this while casually interrupting the conversation to greet new customers, hand them forms to fill, answer their questions. Eventually, after 26 minutes on the phone, I had to say I would think about it just to be able to hang up.

I contacted Groupon right away about this, and turns out the clinic has redeemed my voucher (!!!) so getting the refund needs the clinic’s confirmation. So, I write them another email, to which they never respond. Luckily, the amazing team at Groupon understood the situation and I got my refund in the end.
