Google Bad Review 1: Very bad experience. Following a discontinued enquiry the firm breached my data rights and refused to delete my information. I don't owe them anything and I have never been their client but they blatantly disregarded the GDPR legislation and literally hijacked an entire pile of my sensitive documents. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Now the matter is with ICO. I would never trust Russell-Cooke again with a single paper. Better stay away.
