Google Bad Review 1:  I don't understand where all the positive reviews come from. I went there a couple months ago but the thought of it still makes me angry… If you have curly or wavy hair, avoid at all costs! Initially I had my hair chopped off by Ian with almost no layers at all (it was just sort of cut diagonally, but pretty much in a straight line), creating a pyramid head effect which was simply hideous. I didn't notice it initially because he straightened my hair afterwards… I came back to complain and that was a mistake. I was offered to get my hair done by a less senior stylist, and got a partial refund, which was the difference between the two stylists' prices (paying around 50GBP instead of initial 75). The lady who “corrected” my haircut cut two separate straight layers creating a bunch of curly short hair followed by an almost straight long layer – you could clearly see where each layer is. Those were two worst haircuts of my life. They didn't try to follow my curl pattern at all, just chopped it all of in a straight line. It might work with straight hair, but waves need more consideration.
