Google Bad Review (2): I have had a very bad experience with customer service at BRUNSWICK CENTER branch this afternoon. I just wanted to ask the staffs since I had a problem (technical issue) about the bill information and how to check the family data and so on. Well, since I walked in the shop, there're two staffs there, a male (who assisted me last time and gave me a very nice service and a female staff (who gave me a very bad experience ever). The female stuff asked me right away once I walked in what she can help with the cold voice. Since I had many questions and couldn't figure out what exact technical words or problems I could address. It took me a little while to speak so I tried to log onto my EE account and show her BUT at the same time she kept rushing me and asking me a few times without patience, (what is the problem? what issue? She asked me repeatedly, I was like hang on hang on please) but she was very rude to me and it seems like she is a bad-temper and impatient person and doesn’t know how to be service minded. I've never expected this to happen with a big company like EE. Her voice is loud , insulting, disrespect and made me also get angry and raise my voice eventually. And she said she would not help me with anything. It made me realize that she doesn't have a serviced mind for real. This is the rudest moment I have ever experienced. I am very disappointed. I hope the company would do something with this. At least she should learn something from this lesson. So far, I have loved your service except what had happened today with the only staff.
