Google Bad Review 1:  Awful Place to rent with!!!

Staff are always rude and not organised.

They rent you the place and charge you full price, but you don't really have the hall to yourself, as you have to let their staff walk in and out .
We complained they are mouses running around, but they said they will sort it out but never do it, they promise you this and that and don't stick with it.

Then the floor came flying up with nails when we were doing our usual running up and down warm up, we have complained about the floor a few times saying the nails comes sticking out etc….they did nothing about it apart from just pulling the nails out.

We knew the floor was old but we had no idea that something like this could happen.

After this happened I rang them and their idea was to fix that area only and I was so worried as I teach the kids classes there , I asked them did you check the other areas in case it happens again, they said no and I was like lets put some mats on top to be safe, they said see what they can do and this was Wednesday morning.

On Thursday they didn't even give me a call to say they have decided to stop letting me use the hall for 2-3 months , only send me an e-mail giving me only two hours notice before my lesson starts, I didn't have enough time to inform 20 parents in such short notice since by the time I saw the e-mail was 1.5 hr before class.

Then they wanted us to sign a paper saying if anything else happens while using the hall the community would not take responsible of it, If we sign it they will continue to let us use it.

Google Bad Review (2):  The whole point of Community centre is to allow people to come together in a positive way. Instead, this centre allows certain chinese members to propagate hatred and mocks anyone who is perceived to be more vulnerable. Warning to the BBC , avoid this place like the plague. Unless you want to be put down for being just yourself because nothing you do here is ever good enough. They management make no or little effort to stem the trump-like bigot members. Whilst you are being intimidated, you are ignored or rejected for making them look back because you stood up for yourself. Its such a shame that there are some good people there but the management is a let down. Shameful. Absolutely NOT recommended to join this place – completely out of touch with the world and make no effort to integrate – full of hypocrites ,double standards and 2-face characters.
