Google Bad Review 1: Poor service! Called to schedule an appointment, was told that I was never a patient as they could not find my details. Told them I've visited multiple times albeit several years ago (1/2019 – can't really go to dentist during pandemic), reception said does not matter as there are patients from many years ago but their details are still on file, nothing can be done. Called back to say I have multiple receipts from multiple visits, then was told my details must have been deleted, different story from what she initially told me… Again nothing can be done..

Google Bad Review (2): Not happy at all with their service for both myself and my toddler daughter. My husband as well isn't happy and all of us are never going to use them again.
Firstly the office is very old fashinoed, they dont have a computer they use a book for appointments, the waiting area is so small and can get overcrowded.
They dont have CARD MACHINES, which leaves you to pay CASH ONLY. No card machine in 2018? dodgy!
I had to wait exactly 1 hour today for the DR to see me, even though I had my appointment booked and went there on time.
They even asked me to come back after 2 days even though I told them i’m in pain and I refused to come back.
So when the DR saw me, he wasnt polite firstly, there was no apology for having to wait 1 hour, and after 2 minutes check – he refused to treat me (for a re-root)!!!
He gave me 3 options which none was to help me :
1. Live with the pain,
2. Go back home to the dentist that treated the tooth before so he can do the re-rooting,
3. He can refere me to the specialist which I need to pay £500 for the single treatment.
I was devastated!!!!
He left me leave the surgery with pain!!!
I went straight away in the other Surgery by the end of the rood which did me an appointment for the next day and happy to treat me!
These guys are time waister!!
UPDATE: after seeing the new dentist and he did me an x-ray picture, checked ALL me teeth, and in the end he told me my teeth are fine and healthy and they dont need a treatment- its my GUM that was hurting!!!
Now imagine what kind of dentist “Raval” is.!
