Google Bad Review 1:  This agent is absolutely retarded, unreasonable, irresponsible, horrible, unclear, unprofessional and disgraceful. Requested documents have never been provided on time, they want us to pay ‘before we sign up the contract' (it is almost like fraud), they do not provide proper information when viewing, they do not communicate at all or don't even try to properly communicate. The experience was very horrible and disgusting, there must be an option that I can give them -10 stars
