Very poor customer service support. And I mean very slow. If there is a response, it is almost always unhelpful or condescending. Just look at their response rate on Google Reviews.
Majority of EMFSS students on my program have been complaining about the time it takes to resolve issues. Their systems are cumbersome, dated and the lack of basic administrative support on the self directed courses makes for a discombobulated online experience.
Just another example of an Academic Mafia. A degree – mill with unattended assembly lines.
Don’t part with your hard earned money.
Avoid this scam.
