Google Bad Review 1: Worst hotel experience ever. During check in I asked for 6pm late checkout and paid and extra 60 pounds (10 per hour). On the day of checkout at 11am my key stopped working. Went to the reception to extend it and the front office manager said they can't let me stay until 6pm and can't refund my 60 pounds. What??? They kicked my wife and I out of the room at noon with nowhere to spend our remaining Isolation until our 9pm flight. Never never stay here.
