Google Bad Review 1:  I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLK Kitchen and Bathroom RENOVATION TO ANYONE .Our family contracted them to do the renovation of bathroom and kitchen. CLK charges exorbitant amount, uses sub-standard appliances and materials. Wait he will quote you a figure and look for ways to charge additional cost on top of the quoted price. The owner is NOT transparent with his quotation and doesn’t provide break-downs for each labour cost nor appliances . We were quoted additional 2900k extra for removal of Asbestos and $450 to run one additional circuit for the kitchen oven . Hello CLK kitchen, your unconscionable practice is ridiculously shameful. The workmanship is utterly poor, uneven door frames, wrong range hood installed , incorrect wiring at joints which doesn’t comply Australian Standard, dishonest practice with pumbling. Plumber connected PEX pipe to copper to avoid cost and upon repeated request he had to rectify it with sense of pique. The electrician also taped wiring and threw in the ceiling. We had to get our own Electrician to correct all his unlawful wirings. The owner will drag the project for weeks and will demand progressive payment without completing the job. CLK renovation wake up !! The consumer law is crystal clear and one only has to pay a percentage deposit and rest on completion of the job!! Not only that the subcontractor he encourage’s will request payment from you at site ..Subcontractors have zero care factor and waterproofing compound was spilled on the carpet. Very disappointing as it’s not stain that can be cleaned but the carpet replaced in its entirety. Wait the drama of oven connection was another awful experience for us.. Home owners hope my insights with this execrable renovator is helpful in your decision making. I would strongly recommend for you to look at alternative reputable renovators in the market. NOT worth the risk and time with these guys especially when you spend a substantial amount of money, STAY AWAY from CLK Kitchen and Bathroom renovation

Google Bad Review (2):  We now have the new kitchen installed, with the solid timber pine doors. During installation, one of the doors was damaged from a jig saw blade. The door handles should have been fitted 30mm above bottom of door. They in fact protrude past the bottom of the doors by 1mm to 2mm. We paid quite a bit extra to get solid timber doors and nothing has been done to rectify the issues. No further contact after photos were sent by email. The overhead cabinets were installed too high for my wife to reach into. I've had to lower the cabinets to a height that is now “user friendly” and still complies with Australians standards, taking into account that we have an electric stove. The height request had been made at the time that the new kitchen measurements were done.
Terry was also very demeaning to my wife by referring to her as ‘Princess'. Totally unacceptable.
