Google Bad Review:  I've had quite a bit experience with home inspectors from the buying and selling side. I've continued to use them (hope!) but seeing the range of ratings for inspectors in this area as 4.9 to 5.0? There is simply no way.

This inspection company was unfortunately among the bottom dwellers. Their approach is to break the house into subsystems (electrical, energy, …) and cite exceptions. This tempts the inspector to maybe over-enthusiastically find problems. The report made little attempt to classify noted items as important, worth watching, or information. From a career making engineering assessments and writing reports I can say that this company has a long way to go to provide a balanced and helpful product.

On the other hand, every other company in this region was also rated 5*.
