Google Bad Review 1:  A few months back had heavy storm damage on our roof. Insurance decided to go through Servpro. Servpro has received deductible check as well as payment for doing our roof. Every time we have reached out to Servpro we have gotten the runaround. Not very responsive and not very informative. (Update) ;
Just spoke to a manager and was informed the shingles I had picked out several months ago will take another two months to get installed. However I could have a lower quality shingle installed by the third week of January… So in essence, wait several more months, or get a cheap roof. Unbelievable.

Google Bad Review (2):  Dealing with this company has been a headache… I initially called because we had a really bad storm and i had some water damage in my basement this is the company my home insurance sent me to. The team that came out (I cant remember their names) were great with explaining things. They made it seem like this was an urgent matter that needed addressed right now so naturally being a first time homeowner I scheduled for a couple days out which was great it gave me time to think about it and maybe get a second opinion. They then called me back and told me they could do it that night so I reluctantly obliged and paid the money. I then was told the $1,300 was just to take off baseboards, dry and sanitize the carpet which was just in a closet but id then have to have someone else come out and fix the problem… for $1,300!?! I cancelled them coming out and asked for a refund to which I was told would have to be issued by the manager. I've called multiple times and everyone just puts me on hold and says oh so and so will give you a call back i put a request in… yeah never called back. I was able to get ahold of someone at the corporate office who told me they put the check in the mail over a week ago and i still haven't received.. I called AGAIN and back to “put a request in and someone will give you a call back”…
