Google Bad Review 1:  We are very disappointed with the services
1. Quotation was for 2 Luton vans as its 3 bedroom house . Ended with 3 small vans that was not enough and had to leave stuff with neighbours and pack my car
2. As vans were not enough so other options were to have another trip to finalise it which means double price
3. The quotation included disamble and assembly & staff turned up with no tools and spent a time looking for that and buy it which inreturn all counted from 8 hours slots
4. Furniture not properly packed in the vans and ended most of furniture badly scratched and dome broken. When we raised the issue the answer was we should have wrapped it and company is not responsible
5. Due to run of time because been so slow only one bed was assembled and the other was half assembled while tables not
6. If they have to finish all that we were asked to pay 108 pounds per hour
6. We ended up paying 150 pounds for unnecessary wrapping of items we were not asked before doing that
7. On top of that 150 pounds we were charged extra 150 pound for 1hr and half extra

Google Bad Review (2):  Be careful. I was stuck with an invoice that was 3 times more than what they had quoted me.

First they brought a small van so as they can make more than one trip. Second any packing even if it is just to wrap larger furniture, they will charge you exorbitant prices.

Moving is a very stressful time and they did not make it any easier for me. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. Pricing is not honest
