Google Bad Review: Used them last week am totally disgusted with the service, firstly they miss informed us of their lorry sizes so we had to have the skip delivered at the front not the rear of the property where originally agreed then the guy who delivered said to myself and my son was witness that we could fill it up as much as we liked as long as we made it safe no extra charge was mentioned which is what we did on collection the driver said was too full he was able to take it as it was safe but we needed to pay he was happy to take £20.00 but the depot said no £60 I asked why they said as it was full and unsafe yet with no alterations and £60 more it suddenly became safe???? I think it’s an Agreement they have amoungst themselves to earn extra cash in hand at the expense of the customer very disappointed
