Google Bad Review 1:  The worst Lettings agents I have ever had to deal with, disrespectful, failed to do their job properly, and total disregard when supposedly managing my property, had to report them to the ombudsman and won my case, avoid like the plague!

Google Bad Review (2):  I took Sales and Lettings PLC to the property ombudsman and won! Never known such a rude incompetent bunch! Whether you are selling or letting I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone! I am a landlord, previously letting my property through this agent! We are not from London so asked Sales and Lettings PLC to fully manage our flat in Maida Vale. The Flat was given to Sales and lettings completely refurbished to a high standard with brand new furniture.

In 2016 a tenant entered a 12 month tenancy for our property through ‘sales and lettings PLC’. No inventory was sent to us before the tenant entered the property which Sales and Lettings PLC has a duty of care to keep us informed of the state of the property as it is fully managed and an inventory is compulsory . The Tenant had then requested to exit the tenancy earlier than the 12 months tenancy in December 2016 and again no inventory again was sent was sent to us or any information of the tenant leaving early.

When the new tenants viewed the flat, they advised Sale and Lettings PLC that it was in a very bad state i.e. filthy conditions, beds were mouldy, uncleansed crockery in the dishwasher, fridge shelving broken, dishwasher broken, blinds broken, and broken shower step and yet, further in breach of Sales and Lettings PLC contract, they refunded the previous tenants their deposit without deducting the damage costs and without notifying us.

Further to this, once the current tenants signed a new contract, Sales and Lettings PLC allowed the current tenants to remove and dispose of our furniture which has been bought especially for the flat, which was of high quality. Upon hearing this and asking Sales and Lettings to refund us the cost of the furniture they declined

This clearly is a breach of contract and gross negligence by Sales and Lettings PLC which shows how unprofessional this firm is.

On top of all this, they were rude enough to us on the phone to explain how they were not in the wrong and how dare we accuse them of any wrong doing.

But as you can clearly read from my complaint, Sales and Lettings PLC were completely negligent all the way through and clearly don't know how to do their jobs properly.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
