Google Bad Review 1:  I have tried so hard not to put up this review as I know how damaging it is for businesses, even more so during this time. I have never had to do it before. It has taken me since July last year to finally believe that it is deserved. I am still SO upset and angry with the salon that I could not hold it in any longer. I did my hair at this salon for 2 reasons – 1 to cause less damage and stop styling and 2 to help my hair grow. Unfortunately this has done the opposite in my case. Spending nearly £1500 my hair is the worst it has EVER been. I went for my first visit to discuss this with the salon, however the response was ‘your hair is the problem, not our extensions. You should check yourself and see a specialist' I went to a clinic who said my hair from the roots are strong and my iron levels are good. I went back for a second visit to explain and her response was ‘I am so confused why you are here, we cannot help you. The fault is not from the extensions. We have returning clients every month with no issue' This is all I heard on loop.
I have been using clip in extensions for over 10 years and it has not caused as much damage as this did in 1 year. Whilst I appreciate Tatiana has returning clients, the salon needs to accept that it is possible that in my case a mistake was made. The people behind the hair are humans working.
The damage to my hair is so CLEAR that I cannot believe they could not accept fault. Every area which the extensions were put it has broken and become EXTREMELY thin, almost non existent in comparison to how my hair used to be. These photos were taken 1 week after I had my hair taken out.
I hope this does not happen to anyone else as the damage will stay with you for years and building your hair back is very difficult. 8 months on and I still trying to build it back and I am not even close to how it used to be.
