Google Bad Review: I spoke to someone yesterday, asking them to come and check my car, as I am not able to move it due to the battery not functioning. He asked me to send them my address and he’ll come straight away – I live just around the corner. I got a call a couple of hours later, from someone else, asking me the reason why I’ve sent them my address?! I explained the situation again and she said she’ll speak to her manager to see what can be done. I’m still waiting for her to call back
