Google Bad Review: Instead of making motorist's life a misery, by dashing out PCNs at every possible opportunity, will be wiser to solve the problem of your Hammersmith bridge that has been closed for years now – and you don't seem to acknowledge that its causing a problem to the London traffic, congestion, increased pollution in the area and all other related issues. And all the penalties that you charge could be directed towards the repairs – rather than the council coffers!
