Google Bad Review (2):  Really really disappointed with their service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My girlfriend was looking for a flat for august as our tenancy in the previous flat was coming to an end. We got in touch with an agent called Omran who seems to be the only one answering calls for this real estate company (very strange). Omran first told us that her budget of 700pw was too low so she increased her budget to 800pw (which he kept pushing for) which was on the high side especially for one person. He then proceeded to suggest us two flats that were supposedly our budget. To cut the story short after having viewed the flats, we told him we will decide in like a day or two if she will take it. Omran basically made it seem like we can take the flat with no problem. After a few days, she has decided to proceed with the flat, however she requested the mattress (which was springy, clearly old) to be changed. Omran proceeded to say the landlord is unable to do anything we asked for, just professional cleaning. She decided to stick with it as it was extremely hard to find a flat. Omran then requested her to make an 830pw offer even though he said 800pw was ok. When asked what the asking price is, he kept dodging our questions, beating around the bush and saying that “it depends, as there is no set price”, which is ridiculous. We then got out of him that 830 is actually the asking price, which doesn’t explain why he was pushing us to make an 830pw “offer” or told us that 800pw would work. We then proceeded to make a 815pw offer and Omran has not responded to said offer for 5 days. Conveniently, when we texted him again, he “just” got off the phone with the landlord, saying that our offer is still too low. There is a lot more to say but this review would be 5 pages long. Overall, unresponsive, dodgy and unprofessional. Avoid this company and avoid Omran!

Google Bad Review (2):  Unprofessional outfit who don't care about customer service. Had a complaint about my neighbour's property and nearly a week later it's not resolved. No call back despite promises to. Staff I spoke to were patronising and condescending. Have heard their estate agent shouting in the house next to mine. All in all, just a terrible experience and I'm not even dealing with them for my house. NEVER would.
