4 voicemail messages and 6 phone-calls to repeatedly reconfirm a confirmed viewing, plus an email advising us not to be late “As he was very busy and couldn't wait”

Arrived at the property on time and Brandon wasn't there

A mother with child was waiting. It very quickly became clear that she was also there to view the property.

When Brandon did arrive he suggested the 4 of us viewed a one bed all together. We declined and waited for the mother and child to be shown around first.

As we started to leave another person arrived to view the property so we were asked to stand outside as apparently we were going to be taken to look at another 2 properties as a group. At this stage it was raining.

The details of these properties, beyond a road name were unknown. We looked them up online and realised that they did not fufill our (repeatedly stated) criteria.

All in all I'd recommend avoiding Brandon as I'd assume the rest of KFH could not achieve the level of incompetence that he did…
