Google Bad Review:  My experience for dealing with this estate agent wasn't a good one I was looking for a flat to rent therefore I called them to enquire about one of their advert for the flat available to let. I had to called them several times on different days before anybody answered my phone. At couple of times, someone answered the call and took my details and promised that a person from the lettings team will call me back but that never happened. Don't expect good customer service from this company
