Google Bad Review: We booked and paid in full £135 in February for our stay 6th September. Due to COVID we sent an e mail 2 weeks prior to our arrival date asking if they were open and if there were any restrictions, no response. After calling them we were informed they were not open but would re open on 1st October, and no refund could be issued until they were open – not sure why that would be as staff working from home can raise a refund. Obviously we requested a full refund and were quite surprised they hadn't actually contacted us to inform us they were not open. To date e mail's have been sent and call made and still no refund. Apparently the staff are furloughed and they can pass your message to their accountant who so far has not bothered to call. So if you book and are not going to stay don't expect a quick response from them or in fact a refund. We will now be taking this up legally to get our refund !
