Google Bad Review 1: I originally gave 5 stars even though eden is expensive for no good reason. The staff are very helpful and polite and I can say it is always clean. My issue is they are money hungry and seem to only care about taking your money. For a gym this expensive you expect so form of extra care than a gym you could get for below £30 a month somewhere else, you'd be wrong. You sign a year contract, through lockdown I was still charged, I thought was weird but still paid expecting a refund when they reopen, this was not the case. They say they would like to give me these months back at the end of me contract, I don't want to stay past my contract as I would like a gym closer. The woman just kept reheating its policy.
