My son was next door, but was home at 1.10
Uni Dido say they turned up at 12.50 but they had left by 1.10..as this is when my son returned just 10.mins late.. I wasn't at home, he didn't call me to ask where we were I was, but simply left a Facebook message asking for the deposit. I never saw this..
Despite being a return customer.. I called him when I realised he had not been. My son has additional needs and this job was a complete deep clean of his studio room and bath room.
I called them a few times as soon as I heard from my son..
Uni Dido simply said if I called him again he would block me. I was frantic, this was a huge deal for my son, he should have called me or the land line. He sumoly refused to speak to me in person and asked for his deposit back, which I paid.
In my opinion the way he dealt with me was so rude. He said he drove 9 miles, so why would he not stay for more than 10 mins and try and Contact his customer by calling them?
I know they do an excellent job and maybe I should have said more in my first post. I was really upset that Uni Dido would not even talk to me on the phone.
Sadly my review stays at one, but he does a good job, just in this case awful customer service.
