Google Bad Review:  The most dodgy agency ever, of course is dexters hidden behind the name of fletchers to fit within the community of Chiswick. Do not rent with them if you don’t want your life to become a nightmare. Do you ask yourself why all houses of fletchers come back to the market within a year or even 6 months after rented? The reason is because they don’t fix anything, Agatha Madeja is in charge of telling you, “ is too expensive” and “ it is to embellish the house so we don’t consider we have to fix it” she will made you life a nightmare pretending to save money to the landlords but creating mayor problems to landlord’s property because she is not taking care of problems on time and all the renters are leaving.
we had a MICE INFECTION , they don’t fix the wholes where the animals are coming from,
we have a LEAK in the kitchen since we started renting with them and they don’t do anything even after a year, they claim that “is too expensive” and is better hide the problem with paint
Stains in the ceiling coming from another leak, neither do paint it back… is just to embellish the house… definitely Fletchers is an Agency to AVOID if you want to live in a decent house. And of course don’t forget Dexters will always do anything in their hands to not return your deposit as they already did once with me. If I would have known that Fletchers is Dexters I wouldn’t have ever rented again from them, all this things that they don’t fix will charge it to you.
