Google Bad Review 1: Terrible experience. This clinic and the consultants they hire have no transparency in their practices/ costings/ medical advice. No command of personable communication and are terrible with money. They are stubborn and combative when resolutions are looked for – not surprised to read others have encountered the same, wish I had known before wasting my money and time. Particularly avoid Doctor Rosario Cerundolo who consults there, a terrible and unprofessional experience.

Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) Hello this clinic is not recommended for via animals, those are inexperienced, it charges too much for a catastrophic result, I took my cat 3 times, billed 3 times with large amounts, my cat had an eye problem that got worse, the first day did not treat him, they just gave him an injection to boost his energy, the 2nd day recommended a blood test which has nothing to do with his eye injury, and the worst the results show a result of very high cholesterol and tiroid, and the doctor tells me the results are excellent, a few days after my cat was very feverish his eye runs with a white liquid, I insist on the urgency of the sitiation, he asks me to pass and that its will be free, obviously he prescribes a drug and makes me pass to the cashier I paid again this treatment which was used for nothing.
I had to take my cat to another more experienced and inexpensive veterinarian, who did not find him preferable not to have taken an eye sample, I am still waiting for the results, but because of this lack of professionalism of this clinic I have my cat very ill I do not know if he will live and the worst has contaminated the 2nd.
This bayswater clinic cost me around 400 pound and wasted time and my cat more sick and in danger.
Not recommended do not take animals to this clinic.

Bonjour cet clinique est á deconseillé pour via animaux, ceux sont des inexperimenté, il facture trop cher pour un resultat catastrophique, j'ai enmené mon chat 3 fois, facturé 3 fois avec des montants importants, mon chat avait un probleme á l oeil qui s'est agravé, le premier jour ne l'ont pas soigné, il lui ont juste fait une piqure pour booster son enegie, le 2eme jour ont recommandé une prise de sang qui n'a rien avoir avec sa blessure á l oeil, et le pire les resultats montre bien un resultat de cholesterol et tiroïd tres élevés, et le medecin me dit les resultats sont excellent, quelques jours apres mon chat etait tres fiévreux son oeil coule d'un liquide blanchard, j'insite sur l'urgence de la sitiation, il me demande de passer et que sa sera gratuit, evidement il prescrit un medicament et me fait passer á la caisse j'ai payé encore ce traitement qui n'a servi á rien.
J'ai dû enmené mon chat á un autre veterinaire plus experimenté et pas aussi cher, que lui trouvais pas prpfessionnel de ne pas avoir procedé á un prélevement á l'oeil, j'attends toujours les resultats, mais á cause de ce manque de professionalisme de cette clinique j'ai mon chat tres souffrant je ne sais pas s'il va vivre et le pire a contaminé le 2eme.
Cette clinique de bayswater m'a couté environ 400 pound et perte de temps et mon chat plus malade et en danger.
A ne pas recommandé n'enmenez pas for animaux dans cette clinique.
