Google Bad Review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WORST EXPERIENCE!
My partner had booked this hotel for a very special birthday trip to London, and thanks to the Caring Hotel it was a disaster.
We turned up at the hotel after receiving confirmation from booking.com and from the hotel themselves. On arrival, we were told that Booking.com had messed up and that the hotel did not have a reservation for us. We showed proof of reservation, but they were adamant to blame it on booking.com. We were then left with no hotel for the evening and we had to try and find alternative accommodation at late notice.
Not only did this happen to us, but to two other separate couples that walked into the hotel while we were there trying to sort out an alternative hotel for the night. We then had to pay a much higher price in the alternative hotel as a last resort due to the Caring Hotel mishandling bookings.
It turns out that we had received confirmation directly through a private message from the hotel prior to the trip confirming the stay, so not only did they leave us with nowhere to stay, they also lied to us and tried to blame it on another company.
Could not rate this hotel and the customer service low enough!
