Google Bad Review 1:  I had very bad experience. Went for a repair of a iphone 7 wifi issue.
They quoted the repair for 60 GBP and being done on Saturday. After several delays for obscure reasons they got the job done with the small details that the cost was now 85 GBP. The reason: The real guy which repairs the phone took 60 GBP so to earn something they needed to charge 85 GBP. They promised me 1 Month guarantee. After one week the wifi issue appeared again. Brought it back to claim guarantee. Went several times back to look how it was going. One time the phone wasn't repaired. One time the phone wasn't in the shop.

Finally went today to take it , it whatever conditions it is. The wifi is still not working reliable. They even went so far to claim that its brought a different phone to the shop back like the one I gave into repair.

I think they will do fine simple repairs like display replacements.But be careful with more complex repairs.

Do the comment of the owners:
Warning this IMEI issue they invent to get out of liability. First of all they they themselves didn't register any IMEI when bringing the phone to repair. So there is now way as a customer to proof their allegations because there is no paperwork when giving a phone into repair. It took them when I brought back the phone due to guarantee 1,5 month and various follow ups from myself to get the phone repaired before they claimed that the IMEI is different. When supposedly its the first thing they do.

Its a big warning. They don´t have scrutiny to come up with any story possible to get away.

Google Bad Review (2):  My friend went there nano tech to have the screen fixed on his phone he paid £90 to get a new screen And they didn’t fit the screen properly It came off within 10 minutes of leaving the shop he went straight back there and said the screen is not glued on they told him to come back tomorrow and Will fix it and when he went back the next day they close the shop when they see him coming and they done it every day for weeks The worst experience ever with a Phone shop absolute Cowboys I recommend everyone stays away and go to different phone shop Went we went back in they basically laughed at us and said They’re not going to do anything and they don’t care worst service ever
