Google Bad Review (2): Stay away! I had the Tixel treatment a few months ago and was left with a bubble of swelling on one cheek that has not gone away. Not only did the treatment not improve the condition I came in to treat, but I am worse off than before. When I asked about the swelling, they denied it was from their treatment even though it had swelled on both sides immediately after they did it. They also tried to gaslight me saying it was there beforehand and point to non-existent evidence in photos. It was definitely not there before — I know my own face. I am more bothered by their immaturity to take responsibility and correct a mistake than an error itself. They might be fine if all goes well but if anything goes wrong they’ll deny it and blame you.
