Google Bad Review 1:  Agents don’t have your back as tenants to ensure continuity between what the landlord verbally agrees via email and what is put in the contract. Resulting in landlord changing their mind about some furniture being removed and leaving us homeless with 2 weeks notice. Not great.

Google Good Review:  We were renting with Lord Estates for two years and I can say we are very happy with their outstanding and professional service. We had minimum disruptions during our stay and any new situations that came up along the way were resolved at their end with at most care and urgency. Our agent is a wonderful lady and we felt like she was representing our side as fair as possible. It's a breath of fresh air to have this boutique agency in London to do business with where you feel like your needs are truly important to them. Thank you Lord Estates.
