Google Bad Review 1: If you want to be spoken to like trash, this is the place for you. When there are so many bridal dress options out there nowadays, the only “edge” boutiques have is customer service and it certainly wasn't evident here.
I was 15 minutes late to an accessory appointment on a Thursday mid-afternoon as my bus took a 25 minute detour (I called ahead). The shop was completely empty. I was greeted with attitude by a woman who barely looked up from her desk and told I had 15 minutes of my appointment remaining. Quickly tried on some shoes. I was offered to try another size. I highlighted that I'd been told I had to be out by “half past” and was told “you have two minutes left”. Why on earth would I spend money at such a place? I walked out bang on time, and, what a surprise, there were no hoards of women waiting for the next appointment on the street.
Ladies, you're spending more than the price of a car on a wedding dress why why why would you submit to being treated like a cash cow to be herded and milked as pleased? Go elsewhere.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Catorina Dowse of the Bridal Rogue Gallery is relentless. 2020 saw our wedding cancelled, postponed, cancelled and postponed again. Pretty stressful. A dress had been ordered from this shop but obviously never arrived as scheduled. Despite this, this shop pursued us with legal action and forced the sale through. Bearing in mind we had paid the deposit, There was no option to return the dress to supplier or re sell the dress. It was full payment or baliffs at the door. (We had no choice but to pay!)
There are many bridal stores to choose from, if we could choose again i recommend you look for a a trusted, sympathetic shop driven by finding you a beautiful dress.
