Google Bad Review:  I've had a remote office with Virtually There for just under two years and I have finally decided to canncel my subcription due to a second issue regarding post. Very important EU tax documents have been sent to my remote office and have been ignored for over a week, after time has elapsed the “Royal Mail” delivery slip has been scanned/emailed to me and I have tried for the last 4 days to get in contact with the team to shed some light about how I go about obtaining these documents. I have been told that I am to chase and follow the detailing on the Slip. Understandable to a degree, but I then ask the question what exactly am I paying for per month?

I too am still racking my head around that. Overall I don't believe the service is worth the subription and would feint the use of caution for anyone is deciding on obtaing a remote office via the subjects at hand.
