Google Bad Review 1: Utilise Sally as your colourist at your own risk!!! Utterly awful experience at her hands. Met her initially for a consultatation and was told I needed “beachy blonde” she talked the talk and I had some initial trust in her. Returned for my appointment a few weeks later and despite again discussing the outcome I wanted I left with a canary yellow utter mess and that was after she had took me back to the hair wash area several times to “retone”. It truely was unbelievable. I was in tears, I was told to pay up and that I could come back and she would sort it out. So silly me, paid up, then didn’t hear from them! Rang manager several times and she was very understanding agreed sally doesn’t always get it right and when I sent photos over gave me a full refund! Have been to another hairdresser for a colour correction and ended up having to go dark to correct the mess Sally caused. I can only conclude that Sally is trying to gain success off the back of her brother George who obviously has some talent. I urge anyone considering colour with Sally to think again, And to think she claims people fly into London for colour appointments with her…. Hmmmm

Google Bad Review (2): I booked this salon with high expectations and was grossly disappointed. From the first moment i arrived I was treated horribly by the rude receptionist who acted like I was imposing. A Smile and greetings are free!
The stylist barely spoke to me and the consultation was minimal. The colour was over processed and uneven
I contacted for a redo and the day prior to the appointment was informed my original stylist was unavailable so I was placed with another.
He was rude, unpleasant and didn’t t even seem to care at all!!
Please do not waste your time or money here. It’s a rip off for substandard service
