Google Bad Review (2): My wife went there end of March this year . She was planning to do a hair cut and balayage . She was expecting to pay 350£ but ended paying 500£ . The main complaint was they were not straightforward with her . The hairstylist kept asking her if she wants to do this and that without clarifying it will be an extra charge. The way the hairstylist talking to my wife was the extra things were included in the package and my wife didn’t have a clue that those extra things will be chargeable. Being straightforward and clear about the charges and services is expected of a place with this statue. When my wife checked out and asked why the extra 150£ The cashier simply answered you asked for those extras Even though actually my wife didn’t ask for it rather the hairstylist offered them. for example, The hairstylist offered her hair conditioning without clarifying this will be an extra charge.
The bottom line if you are a customer make sure to be Clear of what you want to get and ask for a price upfront.
I wish the store had the decency and respect to refund us the £150 that they got by Dishonest and chicanery ways.
