Google Bad Review 1: I really wanted to like this place, especially as it has such good reviews, but left quite disappointed. I asked for a specific haircut as I like my hair styled a certain way, but unfortunately didn't quite get what I asked for. Instead I got a professional opinion which I never asked for, and a hair cut that made the stylist happy but not me. It's a good thing I had a voucher and a discount as I would have really begrudged paying nearly £100 for a haircut that wasn't exactly what I wanted.

Google Bad Review (2): Ive modelled for this salon on numerous occasions and I find that they are a very unprofessional service! Owners r always grouchy, they never take the time to listen to the customer and think they know what's best for them. Made me wait over an hour on my last visit and still had the audacity to say to my face that they r very “patient” after I pointed out how iv been waiting! ♀️ Very dry service, always cold in the salon and rubbish music choice! I have tried not to fall asleep in the salon on many occasions! Left without anything done as they asked for money on top of what was discussed, just before starting the job therefore wasting my time and day! ..not even a genuine apology or discount! Oh well, atleast their products went to waste!
