Google Bad Review 1:  Poor service extremely rude staff, its a night mare to get hold of anyone and when cancelling I sent email since no one answers the phone and I found out no one reads the emails either, I have already sent 3 emails to complain and still no response. I will be taking this to consumers right as this is absolutely absurd as a paying customer to be treated this way.
The staff are so rude and do not care, the laser hair removal is done in seconds with no attention and its just to get you out of the way. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants both the service and treatment (value for money)

Google Bad Review (2):  Did not work at all.
I have had laser hair removal at several places in London over the past ten years and never have I left with zero results after six sessions. There has been no reduction. Therefore I would not recommend this place. There are far too many other laser hair removal places where your money will not be wasted.
They will continously try and sell you further packages and keep saying you need more sessions. That alone says a lot. You do not need more sessions, having had six, to see a reduction, even if it is slight. Oh, and when you raise this, there will be a ton of excuses.
And they reuse gel which I have not seen in other places.
Be careful with your money. Do not waste it here.

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible service, Laser Hair removal is a rip off. Please be aware that this company is VGmedispa with a different name. They are the same company., their botox lasts 2 weeks, they leave ppl with uneven lips and their 6 laser sessions are a scam, don't work as they put the machine at a very low settings so ppl need to buy more and more. Google Bad Review (2):  AWFUL. I purchased a voucher on Groupon for laser hair removal (underarms/legs). Also please note that this is VG Medispa but using the a second business name: “Smooth’d”.

I arrived for my patch test and I was made to feel completely infeminine, the girls were making remarks about my body etc. I was made to feel like I wasn’t even female. I went home and cried to my flat mate 🙁 I’ve had issues with self image for a long time and these comments made me feel so depressed about myself.

After reassurance from my flat mates, I returned to get my first laser hair removal. I just want to clarify that I ONLY returned because I had already purchased the hair removal package (underarms/legs) and hence I felt it silly to waste it, since it was expensive. Anyway, upon returning to the clinic for the second time (after the patch test) I was told that there was no technicians available for me at that time. Even though I booked the appointment 1month in advance. . . I was then told that I would have to wait THREE HOURS if I wanted to get seen that day. I was shocked and a bit annoyed too since I had traveled 1HR to get to the clinic and also taken time off work, and then I had to travel 1HR back! All for nothing!! The lady’s on the reception were so rude and the whole experience has made me feel quite depressed. They then gave me a new appointment for the 22nd of June!!!! 6 weeks away! This is just beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

I attempted to obtain a refund but I was told that it’s not refundable after 14days. This is very sneaky as you purchase the package but your first appointment(patch test) is 1month after you’ve bought the package meaning you’ll never receive a refund!

In addition, I would receive calls from VG Medispa Call Centre aka Smooth’d daily sometimes three-four times. They would pressure you into buying more and more packages. The calls were so constant I actually had to download an app to block them from calling me. Also, when you arrive at the salon they pressure you into buying more packages too. It just makes you feel uncomfortable, I had already spent 249£ and I think it really rude to try and force me to buy a £1000+ package.

I’m conclusion, save your money and go elsewhere.
