Google Bad Review (2): I was dealing with Fabien, who was extremely unprofessional and who has ultimately led me to shop elsewhere. I went in looking for a diamond ring. He was very matter-of-fact, with just one word replies and did not seem interested in my requests. I was looking for a heart shaped diamond and he initially said they had none and basically dismissed me. The moment I eventually disclosed my budget his demeaner changed and he quickly found some heart-shaped diamonds which (surprisingly…) he happened to have after all! Every time we started a conversation about the diamond he would start talking to a colleague, or he would answer the phone, which was just so rude. His (I assume) personal mobile phone was on the table and all-in-all it was just a bad experience. I did eventually choose a diamond and he said he would WhatsApp me the details. The message I received was riddled with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors and the GIA certificate I asked for was so blurry that it was impossible to distinguish a single character. (I would almost not be too bothered about the WhatsApp message but he couldn’t even be bothered to spell the name of the diamond cut correctly so there’s really no excuse). Highly, highly, unprofessional and I’m just amazed that’s the customer service. Would not recommend.
