Google Bad Review 1: It’s clear from my experience and other reviews that these employees just don’t care enough to work.
I booked a 9:30 blow dry with wash and marked that I had extensions. The booking was made for 45 minutes until 10:15 but as soon as I arrived in the salon (right at 9:30) the two ladies working had a bad attitude. After being seated the stylist tells me she doesnt have time to do it despite me being the first and only patron in the salon and that they would need 45 minutes to wash and dry my hair. The appointment was made for 9:30-10:15 (45 minutes) so I find that quite odd that the time she said she needed and the time that was scheduled matched up. Proceeded to tell me it wasn’t her fault and I would need to go to another salon. I’ve attached proof of booking and that my booking said I had extensions in case of any denial.
If I was the owner of this salon I would start questioning why so many bad reviews and who I hire to represent my brand. Very disappointing, skip out on this place.

Google Bad Review (2): I had a manicure and whilst the manicurist was lovely the end result was rather appalling. I had a gel manicure and at the time mentioned that one hand looked really matt – was told that it was because of the oils used but it would all shine up. I got home, washed etc and they were still really matt and very sticky. Worked out that no top coat had been used on that hand so no only are my hands odd, one is already wearing off (I had it yesterday), it is also now completely discoloured and generally looks appalling. When I emailed the salon, the only offer they could give was to come in free of charge…. I do not want to go back in! I would like my money back but apparently as a business, they are unable to process refunds!!!!
Avoid at all costs for a manicure. I wish I had read the other reviews. A completely wasted £60! I have to now go and spend money to get them sorted. What a waste of time and money.
