Google Bad Review 1: I contacted the PK team in November about an appointment for my mum. She is allergic to a few ingredients and the PK team wanted to make sure that none of the products that could be used when visiting would cause any harm.
At first, I thought this was great service and they said they'd be in touch. It has now been 7 months and I've heard nothing back and no replies to my emails asking for an update. After spending £2K+ on their products over the years I think it's time to switch brands.

Google Bad Review (2): I have been trying to discuss / book an initial consultation at the Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic for four (working) days now. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back in the next 24hrs, no one ever calls. The call handlers do not seem overly concerned when I explain the situation and simply real off the same cookie cutter apology. I can’t imagine what it would take to actually meet with one of their trichologist. I am not going to waste anymore of my time trying to find out. Very surprised that a clinic of this stature and notoriety can not get the basics right.
