Google Bad Review 1: Had a consultation for fat loss..was told the deposit was refundable if did not go ahead with treatment. As I finished the consultation and did not go ahead they said my consultation deposit would be refunded tomorrow. Subsequently have called promising the refund and then more recently been told non-refundable so was lied to from start. Not only that..with the potential treatment I was told it is guaranteed but they refused to put it in writing! As a doctor I had a feeling they did not know what they were talking about completely and the contradictory statements only confirmed that. Would not go back as clearly the options they have don't work as well as stated

Google Bad Review (2): Honestly don’t bother. Went late May for Morpheus 8. At the consultation Amanda started going over prices which were different from the website. I called her up on it and she said oh I have nothing to do with that. Spoke to the lady on the receptionist after the procedure was told I was gonna get a call back because there was a £600 discrepancy from what I was told and what was actually on the website at the time. No call back. Went home after the procedure black eye looked like a cat scratched my face repeatedly. Was supposed to have a follow-up appointment today which never happened. And I also noticed that their website has gone up in price. More in line what I was told on the appointment day. Go somewhere else honestly
