Google Bad Review 1: This place is 100% a no, no!!! An order was placed with this place , seven months before a wedding. They did not take measurements , provided no updates . And when it came to fitting the dress , they basically gave the same dress that was on the shop floor rather than ordering a new one in.
They never answer their phone, block peoples numbers, purposely ignore people- to the extent the customer has to get other people to call on their behalf.
The staff in the London store have no sense of personal responsibility towards a purchase , and really couldnt care about the customer
The only saving grace is the CEO from Mumbai is a reasonable person and will try to do everything to rectify mistakes made by the staff – however the staff should not be making these mistakes in the first place

Google Bad Review (2): I placed an order (full payment given) with Pernia's over WhatsApp and was told I could come into the London store for my measurements. I never got confirmation of an appointment, despite chasing many times so I called up the store directly. I was surprised when Rabia told me that the store did not take measurements for customers (unless I purchased from the London store), and was instead asked to go to another tailor and pay for this. Having spent a large amount of money on a couple of outfits from Pernia's, I am totally disappointed by this level of customer service, especially from such a large, global company who prides themselves in its 24/7 customer service. I would never have purchased the outfits, knowing my measurements wouldn't have been taken directly from the store. Rabia told me she would call me back but 2 hours later and nothing – I've messaged and called multiple times. I have been mis-sold by this company and will be taking further action.
