Google Bad Review 1: Worst real estate agent in London. Made empty promisses, failed repeatedly to communicate our requests to the landlord, and seemed to have poor communication with the landlord, left everything to the last minute which eroded our negotiation position, had a slow legal and contracts team as well as making us pay for their own mistakes or poor organisation. Would never deal with them again if I had to.

Google Bad Review (2): After 6 years of living in UK and renting houses through different agencies I had a 1 year rent with Wetherell through Ellie. The property wasn’t great and very expensive for what it was, but we decided to take it anyway. During our whole contract, not just on the last months, Wetherell asked us for 20+ slot times to have viewings and we were always easy on scheduling it and facilitating viewings for them. The landlord was very hard to deal with and has been causing a lot of problems for us to have the deposit back. He claimed we took items from the flat which he took it himself, he is charging us £400 to replace a duvet that was completely moulded when we moved in already. We have kept Ellie aware of the situation but she is not mediating it. We just feel we are being ripped off by the agency/landlord, which we have never experienced before in UK. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
