Google Bad Review 1: I visited J Moriyama at 3.30pm on a weekday (Wednesday), as I was in the area for a hospital appointment and looking for a nearby Asianh There were two customers being served and I was told by the receptionists that it was all full for the WHOLE day. I felt gobsmacked that I was turned away on a non busy time on a weekday (I'd understand if it was the weekend). If you are not going to leave any walk in slots and operate on a reservation basis ONLY, THEN PLEASE MAKE THAT CLEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE. Other people planning to go there who are not regulars – be warned. Not recommended.

Google Bad Review (2): I have Asian hair and expected to get a better haircut by an Asian hairdresser. Unfortunately, I left feeling that for the price that I paid, the haircut wasn't worth it.
I usually go for a simple men's undercut and wanted a clean finish on the sides and at the top. However, with the way that they cut my hair, it was only somewhat clean at the top. On the sides, it was conspicuously uneven (my sister immediately noticed that during a video call and she didn't even see the entire haircut to make that comment).
Overall, I had high hopes but was a little let down and will get my hair fixed elsewhere.
