Google Bad Review (2): I left with mixed feelings about staying at 35 Nottingham Place, Flat 3B. I would suggest people to consider the following: The letting agent Anna is great to work with, quick to communicate and easy to get hold of.
This flat has outside access (great for privacy), but is still on the lower ground floor, so gets very little sun and delivery companies cannot find it, as it’s not listed along with all the flats in the building when you use the postal code for this address.
The flat door, is 1 meter away from the rubbish room, and EXTEMELY noisy, even at 3am because people need to come down the stairs and right to your door to throw away their rubbish – it’s non-stop, constant, every day.
The neighbours in the apartment above are very loud and come home drunk in the early morning hours which is troublesome. The acoustics in the building itself is not great, you can hear everything that people do, so there is lots of ongoing noise.
The apartment itself is in great condition and centrally located to Marylebone High Street – everything you need is right there!
