Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Wonder Woman

Google Bad Review 1:  I suffered with terrible acne for many years which also resulted in severe scarring all over my face, back and chest. I met Mr Khan and wife Lesley Reynolds and poured my heart out to them to how acne really affected my self esteem and confidence. They both reassured me that the treatments they offer would 100% stop my acne and to have laser treatment to erase the scarring. I was hooked fully and believed every word they fed me after all they are the professionals and skin is their subject area of knowledge. I could not afford the fee which was over £2’000 so my parents used their savings because they have witnessed my suffering all through childhood. I went to London for the treatment and had the laser done and procedure was done relatively quickly. I was told I would no longer have to worry as my skin would renew Itself and no more acne will occur as the laser penetrates deep down to the oil glands. Two weeks later After this treatment my skin broke out in the worst breakout I had experienced so I contacted Mr. Khan and was told it was normal but give it time to settle. Weeks turned to months and my skin was full of acne. I tried to speak with Mr Khan or his wife but was told I would need to continue their treatment at another fee over £2’000, this of course was not stated before treatment or during consultation, in fact it was ‘sold’ as a one off treatment. It then became evident that whenever I called the clinic the receptionist would say they were not available as they knew I was not prepared to part with anymore cash. My Father was a honest working man with mighty integrity and parted with his savings for the good of his daughter truly believing as I did that their treatments which they sell so eloquently would work but this was not the case. This is my experience and One I regret. Two years after having Mr Khan and Lesley Reynolds acne treatment I sought assistance from a NHS dermatologist who immediately saw the state of my skin Stating it as severe acne and placed me on a course of tablets on the NHS. After just 1 month on these tablets my skin on face, back and chest cleared almost like magic and the scarring completely gone. Mr Khan and Lesley Reynolds may sound and look professional and come across as well educated but they are just sales persons in white coats in my opinion so my advice is please be aware and don’t make the mistake I did believing in their treatments or their sought after celebrity status.
